MEET & GREET SESSIONS
Spend quality time with our adorable cats in a relaxed setting. Get to know their personalities and let them get to know you, ensuring a perfect match.
APPLICATION
PROCESS
Fill out our adoption application at the cafe to share a bit about your lifestyle, home environment, and previous pet ownership experience. This helps us find the best fit for you and the cat.
INTERVIEWS
We'll have a friendly in-person chat to discuss your application and answer any questions you might have. It’s a great opportunity to make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident.
HOME
VISITS
In some cases, we may conduct home visits to ensure your environment is safe and suitable for a new cat. This step is crucial for their long-term well-being. We also may confirm with your vet if any other pets in your home are up to date with their vaccinations.
APPROVAL PROCESS
Our team reviews all applications to ensure a good match between the cat and the adopter. We prioritize the needs and personality of our cats to find the best possible home.
ADOPTION AGREEMENT
Once approved, you'll sign an adoption agreement that outlines your responsibilities as a pet owner. This helps set clear expectations and ensures the well-being of our cats.

At Meowter Banks, we will not adopt out any of our cats prior to a meet and greet with the cats and an in-person interview to see if they like you.
