What You Need to Know Before Your Cat’s Stay
At The Meowtel, our goal is simple: to give your cat a cozy, safe, and loving place to stay while giving you peace of mind. Below is a brief overview of how we care for your kitty with the attention and care they deserve.
Health & Safety First
We welcome healthy cats who are up to date on Rabies and FVRCP vaccinations.
If your cat has any medical or behavioral needs, please let us know, we’re here to support them.
If your kitty recently recovered from a contagious illness, we’ll need a two-week window and a note from your vet before they can stay with us.
Emergencies
If something unexpected happens and we can’t reach you, we’ll get your cat the care they need right away. You’ll always be kept in the loop as soon as possible.
Comfort Items
You’re welcome to bring blankets or toys that smell like home. We’ll do our best to keep them safe, but please avoid anything irreplaceable.
Socialization & Sibling Condos
Some cats enjoy a little company. If you’d like your cat to socialize or share a condo with a sibling, we’ll walk you through the options and risks so you can choose what feels right.
Overnight Care
From 8 PM to 8 AM, our building is monitored by third‑party fire and security systems. Cats rest safely in their condos during this time.
Check‑In & Check‑Out
Only you or your approved emergency contact can pick up your cat. Please bring a photo ID.
