Cancellation Policy

Hours & Scheduling Daycation stays are available during our regular business hours. Drop‑off and pick‑up must occur within posted hours to ensure smooth, low‑stress transitions. If you need extra time, additional hours may be added at our standard hourly rate. What’s Included A private, three‑tier condo for the day. Fresh water, litter refresh, and your cat’s own food served as directed. Gentle enrichment and one‑on‑one attention tailored to your cat’s comfort level. A quiet, home‑like environment separate from the adoptable cat lounge. Health Requirements Cats must be up‑to‑date on rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. Cats must arrive free of fleas, illness, or signs of contagious conditions. Please inform us of any medical needs, quirks, or sensitivities so we can care for your cat safely. Oral or topical medications can be administered for a small fee; injections require prior approval. Behavior & Safety For everyone’s well-being, cats must be reasonably social and non‑aggressive. If a cat shows signs of extreme stress or unsafe behavior, we may shorten the stay or request early pick‑up. Personal items are welcome but left at your own risk. Veterinary Care If your cat becomes ill or injured, we will contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we will seek veterinary care at your expense to ensure your cat’s safety. Liability While we take every precaution to provide a safe, low‑stress environment, boarding carries inherent risks (stress, illness, injury, escape). By booking a Daycation stay, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Meowter Banks Cat Café is not liable for unexpected issues except in cases of gross negligence.
