We want every item you bring home to spark joy, whether it’s a cozy tee, a cat-themed mug, or a paw-sitive sticker. If something isn’t quite purr-fect, we’re here to help. Below are our guidelines for returns and refunds, designed to keep things fair, friendly, and fuss-free.
📅 Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized products
- Consumables (e.g., teas, treats, perishables)
✉️ How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at relax@meowterbanks.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- A brief reason for the return
We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right, either with a replacement or a full refund.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
