📅 Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Consumables (e.g., teas, treats, perishables)

• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• A brief reason for the return

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right, either with a replacement or a full refund.
